People focus on technical skills development all the time (and it’s very important as well), but is it all there is?
According to various research, hiring & promotion decisions are based on the soft skills that you need to have! You can think 80% of success originates from your soft skills (or lack thereof)
Such as EMPATHY!
For example, if you don’t have the right level of empathy, it’s really hard to connect with potential employers & hiring managers.
Ultimately, people are interested in their problems, not your skills or abilities.
